Frequently Asked Questions
What are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that are commonly used in scientific and laboratory research. Different peptides are studied for various research applications relating to metabolism, recovery, cellular function, and performance.
Are your products for human consumption?
No. All products sold by The Peptide Hub are strictly intended for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or therapeutic application.
How should peptides be stored?
Storage recommendations may vary depending on the compound. In general, peptides should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight. Some products may require refrigeration after reconstitution.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes. All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging to protect customer privacy and ensure a professional delivery experience.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier selected at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1- 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of these products, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within the specified timeframe listed in our Returns Policy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS, depending on the courier service used.
Are your peptides quality tested?
We work with trusted suppliers and aim to source high-quality research compounds. Product availability and batches may vary from time to time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payment methods available during checkout. Payment options may vary depending on your region.
Do you ship internationally?
No.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Courier delays can occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control. We will assist with tracking and communication wherever possible.
Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been processed and shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Do you provide dosage or usage advice?
No. The Peptide Hub does not provide medical advice, dosage recommendations, or instructions for human use. All products are sold strictly for research purposes only.
Why are some products marked “Research Use Only”?
This labeling indicates that the products are intended exclusively for scientific and laboratory research applications and are not approved for human consumption or therapeutic use.
What is the correct way to reconstitute peptides?
1. Remove the protective caps from both the peptide vial and the bacteriostatic water vial.
2. Using a sterile syringe, draw the required amount of bacteriostatic water.
3. Slowly inject the water down the inside wall of the peptide vial, avoiding direct pressure onto the powder.
4. Gently swirl the vial until the peptide has fully dissolved. Do not shake vigorously.
5. Once fully mixed, the solution should appear clear and free of visible particles. Excessive shaking may compromise the integrity of the peptide.
How long do peptides take to dissolve?
Most peptides dissolve within a few minutes when gently swirled. Certain compounds may take slightly longer depending on the peptide structure. If the powder has not fully dissolved after several minutes, allow the vial to rest in the refrigerator for approximately 20–30 minutes before gently swirling again. Avoid shaking or exposing the solution to heat, as this may affect peptide stability.
